The 1917 Clinic Patient Assistance Fund
This fund is used to assist patients who are uninsured and medically indigent with the costs of medications and emergency transportation to and from the clinic. One hundred percent of all contributions are applied directly to patient specific needs. These funds are managed by our Social Services department to ensure proper disbursement to patients.
The Clinic Development Fund
The funds contributed to this account are utilized to support developmental research studies and patient related services as support groups, Chaplain services and the Patient Advisory Board.
The Heartsong Retreat
Donations are used to help develop, train, and support volunteer support teams; to support an annual HeartSong Retreat for those affected by HIV/AIDS; and to provide HIV/AIDS education.
Contributions are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged. Checks may be made payable to The 1917 Clinic. Please designate your preferred gift account.
